What you will do

• Lead end-to-end programmatic campaign management across display, CTV, and audio channels.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, and deliver performance reports to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional creative and business teams to develop brand propositions.
• Negotiate and manage private marketplace (PMP) deals to ensure optimal supply partnerships.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a programmatic specialist using DSPs like DV360.
• Strong technical understanding of real-time bidding ecosystems.
• English proficiency: B2 level or higher required.
• University degree in Media Management, Economics, or IT.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with social media, search campaigns, or analytics tools like GA4/Adobe Analytics.
• Familiarity with MarTech trends (Sandbox, Server Side Tracking, DCO).
• Automotive industry experience or background.
