TL;DR

Salary: $105,100 – $112,500 (commission-eligible)

What you will do

  • Manage and coach a high-performing team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to achieve key objectives.
  • Shape and implement end-to-end outbound and inbound pipeline strategies.
  • Monitor lead processes and KPIs to catalyze pipeline creation and revenue growth.
  • Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to foster a culture of excellence.
  • Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and roll out new sales enablement technologies.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions to incentivize, recognize, and develop team performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SDR/BDR and in team management.
  • Strong preference for 2+ years of SDR management experience.
  • Deep understanding of outbound cold-calling and pipeline generation processes.
  • Expertise in Salesforce and proficiency with Salesloft or similar sales enablement tech.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report on operational KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
