What you will do
- Manage and coach a high-performing team of Sales Development Reps (SDRs) to achieve key objectives.
- Shape and implement end-to-end outbound and inbound pipeline strategies.
- Monitor lead processes and KPIs to catalyze pipeline creation and revenue growth.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to foster a culture of excellence.
- Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and roll out new sales enablement technologies.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 sessions to incentivize, recognize, and develop team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an SDR/BDR and in team management.
- Strong preference for 2+ years of SDR management experience.
- Deep understanding of outbound cold-calling and pipeline generation processes.
- Expertise in Salesforce and proficiency with Salesloft or similar sales enablement tech.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to report on operational KPIs.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
