What you will do

• Support program managers in project development, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Review and approve detailed energy efficiency rebate applications, including invoices and technical documentation.
• Manage program metrics using Salesforce, Excel, and PowerPoint with a focus on data accuracy.
• Edit and format professional program documents, reports, and communications.
• Represent the firm at customer meetings, trade shows, and community events.
• Identify process improvements and escalate project issues to senior staff when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in energy, environment, public policy, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar project coordination work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to work in Illinois to support local residential program teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and correct data discrepancies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional documentation and stakeholder interaction.

• Prior experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Background or interest in energy, sustainability, or electrification projects.
