• Partner with senior leadership and regional stakeholders to align messaging with local policy and market dynamics.
• Manage PR agencies and drive external media relationships to ensure disciplined narrative execution.
• Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to drive efficiency and quality in communications outputs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic communications or PR within fintech, crypto, or highly regulated industries.
• Proven track record of delivering earned media results in global markets.
• Strong understanding of news cycles, messaging discipline, and reputation management.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and senior executives.
• Demonstrated ability to use generative AI tools responsibly in professional workflows.
