Salary: $81,200 – $121,800

What you will do

• Develop logos, icons, and comprehensive branding guidelines for the D&D franchise.
• Create vector assets including character poses, badges, and typography for licensing guides.
• Design 3D product comps, packaging templates, and long-form presentation layouts.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and Game Designers on pitch decks and worldbuilding materials.
• Review and approve external partner artwork to ensure brand standards are maintained.

Requirements

• Must be able to work 3 days per week from the Renton, WA office.
• Portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, vector graphics, and long-form layout design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Experience managing assets within an established IP and licensing context.
• Strong communication skills and ability to iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Ability to work effectively with digital collaboration tools like Miro, Teams, and Slack.
