Salary: $102,000–$163,800

What you will do

• Oversee the end-to-end product approval process for a diverse range of licensed merchandise, digital games, and entertainment projects.
• Act as the primary guardian of the D&D IP, ensuring visual consistency, design integrity, and brand alignment across all products.
• Drive product development pipelines from initial conceptual designs through final approvals.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external licensing partners to define targets and provide clear creative direction.
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure efficiency and high-quality delivery.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in the Renton, WA office 3 days per week.
• Direct experience in developing licensed consumer products and utilizing approval management systems.
• Strong strategic and organizational skills to manage complex project pipelines.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities to navigate partner management effectively.
• Proven ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
