TL;DR

Customer Success Manager: Responsible for onboarding, enablement, and value realization for solutions or research sales, with an accent on customer engagement, retention, and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Focus on developing trusted customer relationships, demonstrating product ROI, and facilitating product development through customer feedback.

Location: Remote, must be based in Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, California, or Colorado, USA.

Salary: $95,300 - $158,800

What you will do

  • Manage customer relationships, becoming a trusted partner and nurturing champions.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering tailored value stories and demonstrating product ROI.
  • Support retention and renewals, including closing new agreements with the sales team.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities by analyzing data and understanding customer needs.
  • Conduct scalable customer training, demonstrations, and workshops.
  • Work cross-functionally, sharing experiences and ensuring clear value proposition communication.

Requirements

  • University degree or equivalent relevant experience, with a background in customer engagement and adoption.
  • Publishing background with SaaS experience.
  • Experience with products in the portfolio or similar products.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional engagement abilities (large/small audiences, virtual/in-person).
  • Comfortable working in an international matrixed organization.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, initiative, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Fluent with technology, including troubleshooting and basic knowledge of the wider hirify.global portfolio, specifically Microsoft Product Suite.
  • Able to influence at executive and end-user levels.
