TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (SaaS): Managing post-sales customer relationships to drive retention, renewal growth, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities with an accent on customer engagement and value realization. Focus on onboarding, training, and coordinating with sales and support teams to maximize customer satisfaction and product adoption.

Location: Remote within the United States (Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, California, Colorado)

Salary: $59,600 - $99,300 base pay range

What you will do

  • Manage customer relationships as a trusted partner and develop influential contacts within customer organizations.
  • Drive customer satisfaction by delivering tailored value stories and demonstrating ROI of products and services.
  • Support retention and renewals by collaborating with sales to close agreements and identify customer needs.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities through data analysis and understanding customer ambitions.
  • Conduct scalable customer training including digital and face-to-face sessions and workshops.
  • Work cross-functionally to share experiences and ensure clear communication of value propositions.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States (Arizona, Idaho, New Mexico, California, Colorado)
  • University degree or equivalent experience with background in customer engagement and adoption.
  • Publishing background with SaaS experience valued.
  • Fluent in English with exceptional engagement and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Fluency with technology and Microsoft Product Suite; ability to influence at executive and end-user levels.
