What you will do

• Administer and configure internal logic and automated workflows for CLM, telephony, and notification platforms.
• Manage the full lifecycle of integrations between business tools and Salesforce.
• Lead technical evaluations and RFPs for new software vendors, including gap analysis and proof-of-concept phases.
• Partner with RevOps and support teams to identify bottlenecks and implement automated solutions.
• Support Service Cloud environment setup and ensure external tools sync correctly with Salesforce objects.
• Act as Tier 3 support for complex application issues and data integrity across the tech stack.

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States
• 8+ years in IT/Business Systems/Ops with 5+ years in application analysis and workflow automation.
• Advanced experience mapping data schemas and managing high-integrity system synchronization.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and middleware tools.
• Ability to translate conceptual business pain points into technical requirements.
• Proficiency in reading and troubleshooting code or APIs to resolve integration failures.
