What you will do

• Own solution technical specifications, translating business requirements into detailed user stories and functional specs.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical colleagues.
• Lead workshops for requirements gathering, solution design, and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and vendors to ensure robust and scalable integrations.
• Support testing activities by reviewing results, triaging failures, and analyzing defects.
• Drive continual improvements to maximize team efficiency and delivery quality.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
• Experience integrating complex software applications and designing API specifications (SOAP and REST).
• Strong analytical skills to interpret source and target systems, data models, and workflows.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical designs and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners.
• English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

• SQL knowledge and understanding of database schemas.
• Experience in insurance or regulated financial services.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud architecture and components.
