Senior Solution Engineer (SaaS/FinTech): Serving as a technical expert for hirify.global's product suite, collaborating with sales teams across Europe to deliver tailored solutions for the CFO office, focusing on understanding customer pain points and aligning tools accordingly. Focus on delivering technical demonstrations, supporting sales teams, and continuous improvement through industry knowledge and product development updates.

Location: Germany. Flexible working model allows you to plan your working hours and location. Work from Abroad – you can work up to 90 workdays outside your home country.

What you will do

  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business objectives, providing tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Support sales teams and drive technical wins including storytelling, active listening, value selling, and pipeline management.
  • Mentor and guide junior Solution Consultants, sharing best practices and technical knowledge.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and hirify.global product developments to enhance the quality of solutions provided and provide feedback to product development teams.

Requirements

  • A background in finance, accounting, or tax with financial expertise like financial reporting, planning, taxation, or group accounting.
  • Experience in sales engineering or technical pre-sales, ideally within SaaS or FinTech and strong Value Selling experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRMs and sales tools, with familiarity with hirify.global’s product suite being a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in German to engage stakeholders across Germany and strong communication skills in English to interact with our international workforce.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver innovative solutions tailored to customer challenges.
  • A collaborative mindset, ready to work across teams and contribute to hirify.global’s strategic growth.
