What you will do

• Perform administrative tasks within various IT systems supporting onboarding of external staff.
• Analyze and improve core onboarding processes to make them smoother and more efficient.
• Identify bottlenecks and delays in the onboarding journey and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal hiring managers and external customers to gather insights.
• Work in a supportive team environment and learn effective communication and task handover.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Utrecht, Netherlands
• Study background in business administration, management, process management, or human resource management.
• Strong process analysis and documentation skills.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Good communication skills to connect with various stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
