What you will do
- Monitor and predict customer health indicators to reduce churn and identify at-risk accounts.
- Build and optimize scalable digital customer engagement touchpoints and journeys.
- Translate usage data into actionable retention and upsell playbooks.
- Define and track key operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
- Lead operational projects from conception to completion to drive best practices.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Consulting within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven expertise in managing CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to build automated workflows.
- Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and retention modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change management without direct authority.
