What you will do

  • Monitor and predict customer health indicators to reduce churn and identify at-risk accounts.
  • Build and optimize scalable digital customer engagement touchpoints and journeys.
  • Translate usage data into actionable retention and upsell playbooks.
  • Define and track key operational metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless execution of cross-functional initiatives.
  • Lead operational projects from conception to completion to drive best practices.

Requirements

  • Professional experience in Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or Consulting within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven expertise in managing CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot to build automated workflows.
  • Advanced data analysis skills using tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS customer lifecycles and retention modeling.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive change management without direct authority.
