What you will do

• Plan deliverables, validate project roadmaps, and manage risks throughout the production lifecycle.
• Supervise and mentor production staff, including performance reviews and career coaching.
• Establish collaboration processes between direction, production, and technical teams for optimal delivery.
• Communicate regularly with key stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment with the global vision.
• Participate in the recruitment process, including interviewing and evaluating candidates.
• Manage special projects and coordinate dependencies across multi-disciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in management roles such as Lead Producer or Development Director.
• Deep understanding of game development methodologies, production life cycles, and operational tools.
• Proven ability to recruit, grow, and motivate high-performing production teams.
• Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to manage high-pressure situations with empathy.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize and navigate complex operational issues in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience managing content creation teams like Audio, VFX, or World Immersion.
• Expertise in launching and operating live service games (GaaS).
• Experience in all phases of the production cycle from inception to launch.
