What you will do
- Provide 24/7 incident support for the Enterprise Cloud infrastructure estate.
- Deploy changes and implement service requests to maintain infrastructure health.
- Collaborate with vendors to resolve complex infrastructure faults.
- Troubleshoot high-impact incidents in coordination with Application Support and Service Management teams.
- Monitor and maintain the stability of Windows, Unix, and virtualized server environments.
Requirements
- Strong problem-solving abilities and experience managing Linux operating systems via command line.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMWare ESX, Microsoft Hyper-V, or Kubernetes.
- Solid understanding of Incident and Change Management processes.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for explaining technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to professional growth and process improvement.
- Must be available for 12-hour shift patterns on an 8-day cycle including nights.
Nice to have
- Experience using ServiceNow for incident and change management.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, Solaris, or HPUX environments.
