What you will do
- Lead end-to-end GTM planning and execution for Postgres tooling.
- Conduct market research and synthesize funnel insights to guide product and sales strategy.
- Develop and refine Postgres-specific value propositions and unified messaging.
- Create sales enablement materials, including battlecards and training collateral.
- Collaborate across product, marketing, and sales teams to align on strategy and measurable outcomes.
- Provide strategic input on roadmap, pricing, and packaging based on buyer needs and market shifts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in product marketing or GTM roles within B2B technology.
- Strong understanding of database technologies or developer tools.
- Ability to translate complex product capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer feedback for decision-making.
- Must be able to travel to the Cambridge office safely in a day.
