TL;DR

Account Coordinator Paid Media (Mobile): Provide production support for paid media accounts focusing on mobile campaigns with an accent on direct response paid media platforms and performance reporting. Focus on campaign builds, bid adjustments, daily performance monitoring, and mastering paid media analytics and technical expertise.

Location: Remote within the United States with offices in multiple US cities including Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Newburyport, Salt Lake City, San Diego, and San Francisco.

Salary: $50,000–$60,000 USD

What you will do

  • Run and format performance reports and implement account tasks and optimizations.
  • Build and upload campaigns across paid media platforms including Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.
  • Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations, taking notes and supporting the account team.
  • Manage 1-3 accounts while learning hirify.global’s best practices for paid media marketing.
  • Monitor daily performance and budget pacing, and develop campaign build suggestions.
  • Delegate production tasks to internal or nearshore team members as appropriate.

Requirements

  • Must have 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Direct Response Paid Media on Google Ads and/or Apple Search Ads.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets functions such as sorting, filters, vlookup, concatenate, pivot tables, and conditional formatting.
  • Experience with campaign types including UAC, GDN, performance max, discovery campaigns, and Apple Search Ads formats.
  • Ability to pull and analyze reports, implement tasks in ad platform UIs, and understand key metrics like CPC, CTR, and CVR.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • English proficiency at least B2 level.

Nice to have

  • Google Ads Certification or similar certification.
  • Experience with Paid Social channels such as Meta Ads, TikTok, Snap, and Reddit.
