What you will do

• Lead QA processes for new promotions, marketing automations, and feature releases across web and mobile platforms.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and regression procedures to validate technical functionality.
• Analyze and track defects in collaboration with internal developers and vendor partners.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirements review, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Perform cross-platform testing and validate analytics tagging for marketing campaigns.
• Document issues and maintain knowledge base to improve team awareness and release readiness.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in digital QA or technical testing.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing processes in agile environments.
• Experience with QA tools like Jira and BrowserStack.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective QA plans.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
