What you will do

• Define and execute test strategies and scenarios for enterprise applications such as Salesforce, Zuora, and Marketo.
• Perform diverse testing types including E2E, functional, exploratory, regression, smoke, black-box, and data testing.
• Analyze business requirements and assess test case relevance.
• Develop, review, and maintain automation test scripts for UI and E2E testing.
• Collaborate with QA engineers and cross-functional teams to improve automation frameworks and ensure quality releases.
• Advise software developers on design, coding, and testing of enterprise software.

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Boston, United States with hybrid work model.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years QA experience with cloud-based CRM/ERP platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• 5+ years automation experience using modern object-oriented languages and frameworks like Selenium.
• Experience with REST APIs, UI automation, Atlassian tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce developer technologies such as Apex and SOQL.
