Salary: $118,000 - $153,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality assurance processes ensuring product quality and stability for each release
• Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test plans and frameworks
• Execute complex manual tests and develop automation scripts to improve efficiency
• Identify, log, and track bugs using Jira and observability tools for prompt resolution
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to enhance testability and reliability
• Evaluate and implement new QA tools and methodologies aligned with industry standards

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher
• 5+ years experience in software quality assurance with manual and automated testing in complex systems
• Strong expertise in BDD and TDD methodologies
• Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium and Cypress
• Deep understanding of cloud deployments, release and environment management
• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in Washington, D.C., Baltimore, or Reston, VA area

Nice to have

• Experience testing React, Python web frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI), PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Kubernetes
