What you will do

• Translate complex business objectives into actionable solutions, integrating AI and emerging technologies.
• Develop holistic design strategies based on quantitative and qualitative insights, partnering with product managers.
• Lead teams in defining foundational components and evolving the design system for consistency across products.
• Provide mentorship and growth paths, fostering a high-performing team culture.
• Manage team workload, establish efficient processes, and build strong cross-functional relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a people management role on a Design team.
• Foundational design-related education.
• Applied experience designing financial services and/or payments experiences.
• Excellent communication and data visualization skills.
• Fluency with product, design, and prototyping tools such as Figma, Google Suite, and Miro.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in matrixed organizations.
• Experience with Agile design sprint methodologies and the Jira platform.
