What you will do

• Develop lighting setups and asset lookdev including texture maps and shader networks.
• Assemble lighting scenes from various departments using the asset pipeline.
• Apply color space theory (ACES) and physically plausible shader creation techniques.
• Create rough comps from render passes and AOVs for internal review and hand-off.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and optimize rendering scenes and farm logs.
• Collaborate with compositors to ensure consistency and seamless integration into final shots.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of rendering software and Houdini shader development.
• Experience with asset creation tools such as Substance and Mari.
• Understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Artistic principles and CG technique application skills.
• Professional communication skills and experience working in team environments.
