What you will do

• Develop earned-first creative ideas designed to travel through culture, social, and influence
• Turn insights into work that sparks conversation, from reactive moments to long-term brand platforms
• Collaborate with strategists and cross-functional teams to shape culturally sharp briefs
• Evolve ideas across PR, creators, social platforms, and brand experiences
• Contribute to pitches and new business development
• Push creative work to be braver, smarter, and more relevant

Requirements

• Proven ability to think earned-first and understanding of how ideas spread through culture
• Fluency in social platforms, creator marketing, and internet culture
• Portfolio showcasing creative thinking and strategic instinct
• Experience developing work across multiple platforms and formats
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for cross-disciplinary teamwork
• Must be based in or able to work from London

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of online communities and subcultures
• Ability to balance long-term thinking with fast-turnaround creative execution
• Experience in mentorship or guiding the craft of others
