What you will do

• Design, implement, test, and document integrated software solutions for patient care systems.
• Contribute to the architectural design of secure, scalable, and maintainable software components.
• Own software features throughout the full SDLC, ensuring compliance with medical regulations.
• Perform code and design reviews to uphold high standards in scalability, security, and quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to solve complex technical challenges.
• Drive process improvements and develop reusable patterns to enhance team velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Level 8) with at least 2 years of experience OR Master’s degree.
• Must be authorized to work in Ireland.
• Proficiency in .NET/ASP.NET Core, C#, and Angular/TypeScript.
• Experience with Microservices, REST APIs, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Strong knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and automated testing frameworks like NUnit.

Nice to have

• Experience in software design specifically for medical devices.
• Familiarity with Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with observability tools (ELK, Dynatrace) and security scanning tools.
• Background in documentation for engineering specifications.
