What you will do

• Provide expert-level 24/7 technical support for managed Data Services technologies.
• Assess complex change requirements and evaluate their impact on existing infrastructure.
• Own and implement configuration changes to supported infrastructure environments.
• Collaborate with internal supplier resolver teams to ensure seamless technical delivery.
• Provide technical guidance during customer change advisory board sessions.
• Manage service improvements and transformation tasks across the contract lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in a systems integrator support environment.
• Security Clearance (SC) required to be held or eligible to obtain.
• Deep technical knowledge of Data Services technologies and management applications.
• Experience supporting the full service lifecycle and technical bid costing.
• Strong background in EMS products and customer IT system architecture.
