What you will do

• Transform performance metrics into revenue-driving insights and build consistent reporting frameworks.
• Develop dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, and Salesforce to accelerate decision making.
• Own forecasting cycles, optimize pipeline processes, and lead reporting to uncover new revenue opportunities.
• Partner with Cyber sales and leadership teams to provide visibility on pipeline health and campaign performance.
• Spot opportunities for automation, predictive modeling, and process improvements to boost sales performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Cyber specialists to guide revenue growth decisions.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Chester, United Kingdom with hybrid/remote work including some office presence.
• Mid-to-senior level experience in B2B Revenue or Sales Operations.
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, GTM systems, and Salesforce reporting.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis and modeling.
• Ability to build revenue infrastructure, data models, and apply forecasting and pipeline modeling.
