Salary: $140,000–$190,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own high-impact platform projects that require both backend architectural understanding and frontend design sensibility.
• Prototype ideas and validate concepts quickly using technical skills to demonstrate feasibility.
• Define and drive the enterprise AI strategy, integrating AI-native tools into the core product workflow.
• Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to ship iterative, high-value product features.
• Engage directly with customers to translate complex industry problems into scalable platform solutions.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product management in platform or infrastructure-related roles.
• Technical depth including the ability to read and write code, and understand platform architecture and APIs.
• Proven ability to prototype and build things using modern web frameworks or AI tools.
• Deep design sensibility with the ability to advocate for user experience and provide actionable UI/UX feedback.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment across business stakeholders.
• Must be based in Toronto and comfortable with a hybrid work environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, or similar web development frameworks.
• Background in B2B SaaS, logistics, or transportation industries.
• Experience developing AI/ML products or shaping enterprise AI strategy.
• Contribution to open source projects or public-facing side projects.
