What you will do

• Lead the architecture and design of complex real-time embedded software for Wi-Fi products.
• Drive cross-team technical initiatives across embedded software, hardware, and systems engineering.
• Own critical software modules from requirements through implementation, validation, and sustainment.
• Provide expert-level debugging and root-cause analysis for high-performance Linux applications.
• Mentor junior and intermediate engineers to foster technical growth and engineering excellence.
• Enforce best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the development team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive experience with real-time embedded systems and Linux internals.
• Advanced proficiency in C and C++ for embedded development.
• Deep understanding of IEEE 802.11 Wi-Fi protocols and wireless networking.
• Strong experience with multi-threaded programming and concurrency models.
• Proven track record in technical leadership and driving architectural decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with RF systems and wireless test equipment.
• Background in module performance tuning and system profiling.
• Experience contributing to or maintaining Linux kernel components.
