What you will do

• Become an ERP domain specialist for financials, accounting, and vertical market solutions.
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into effective software process workflows.
• Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase hirify.global's business value.
• Provide enablement and training for partners to help them conduct successful discoveries and demos.
• Develop discovery guides, presentations, and technical collateral to support the sales cycle.
• Contribute thought leadership through webinars, white papers, and training materials.

Requirements

• Understanding of financial accounting and mid-sized business operations including ordering, shipping, and invoicing.
• Previous experience in demonstrating business management software solutions.
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts.
• Strong presentation abilities to engage with diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Ability to travel 10% - 20% of the time as required.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience implementing ERP or CRM systems.
