What you will do

• Design and scale end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including vendor governance and payment operations.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and ongoing vendor management.
• Build scalable supply chain infrastructure for complex lab needs and capital equipment.
• Implement and optimize modern ERP and procurement systems to replace legacy workflows.
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to drive cost savings and improve working capital management.
• Establish governance, policies, and internal controls to ensure audit readiness.

Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in procurement, supply chain, or P2P operations.
• Proven track record building or transforming supply chain functions in high-growth companies.
• Experience in biotech, life sciences, AI, or hardware-enabled environments.
• Deep knowledge of ERP and procurement systems such as NetSuite, Coupa, or Ariba.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing rapid scaling of spend and headcount.
• Experience overseeing equipment leasing and financing strategies.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with public-company readiness and SOX compliance.
• Relevant certifications such as MBA, CPIM, or CPSM.
