Location: This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned hirify.global site and off-site, primary location is US, California, Santa Clara.

Salary: $221,810.00-313,140.00 USD

What you will do

• Manage relationships with 3rd party market hirify.globalligence data sources and identify new market opportunities to influence BU investments.
• Drive portfolio planning decisions including architectural convergence and IP strategy.
• Maintain comprehensive competitive product and technology roadmaps.
• Lead Strategy Council/MRC processes to ensure strategic alignment.
• Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or business strategy.
• 5+ years of experience in technology industry, preferably semiconductors.
• Experience with Ethernet network adapters as well as IPU/DPU products.
• Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives in matrix organizations.
• Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis methodologies.

Nice to have

• MBA or Advanced degree in Engineering or Business Strategy.
• Previous experience in strategic planning.
• Experience with Networking for AI.
