- Implement automations to reduce manual administrative tasks for sales reps.
- Maintain high data quality across all sales platforms.
- Create and document technical and operational processes.
- Facilitate collaboration between marketing, support, and partners to improve Go-To-Market workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS revenue or go-to-market operations.
- Strong experience administering SaaS tools and platforms.
- Track record of building and implementing effective automations.
- Strong understanding of the US B2B market.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
- Must be able to attend quarterly onsite work sessions in Wrocław, Poland.
