What you will do

• Develop and execute treasury strategies covering liquidity, capital allocation, and risk management.
• Oversee cash management, foreign exchange activities, and hedging operations.
• Establish optimal investment strategies for treasury assets in collaboration with Capital Markets.
• Manage regulatory compliance and financial risk assessments for both UK and US markets.
• Maintain strong relationships with investors, regulators, and external auditors.
• Lead and mentor a lean, high-performing treasury team.

Requirements

• Must be based in London for regular office collaboration.
• Extensive experience in treasury management within lending, asset management, or banking.
• Deep knowledge of UK and US financial markets and regulations.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, cash flow forecasting, and risk mitigation.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
• Professional qualifications such as ACT, CFA, or ACCA are highly desirable.
