What you will do

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with banking partners globally.
• Complete banking partner application forms and collate necessary documentation.
• Assist with KYC onboarding and due diligence with new and existing partner banks.
• Project manage the implementation of new banking partners into hirify.global’s network.
• Research new markets, payment rails, and banking providers to expand hirify.global’s global footprint.
• Monitor ongoing performance and suitability of banking partners after launch.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in a similar capacity in the Fintech/payments/banking/crypto space.
• Experience with domestic and cross-border schemes (FPS, SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, PIX, etc).
• Commercial mindset and great attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work with sensitive and confidential information with integrity.

Nice to have

• Previous experience and appreciation of high-risk verticals beneficial (i.e. iGaming, FX, crypto).
