What you will do

• Lead audits covering key business activities of the hirify.global and Haven Insurance.
• Evaluate adequacy of internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
• Prepare clear, actionable audit reports for senior management and Audit Committee.
• Collaborate with business units to address audit findings and implement corrective actions.
• Mentor audit staff, ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.

Requirements

• A 2:1 degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related fields preferred.
• 2-3 years Post Qualifications Experience preferred.
• Experience within Insurance or Financial Service would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Because our training is quite comprehensive, we can only consider applicants who have at least one year remaining on their Graduate or Post-Study Work visa. At the moment, we’re not able to offer visa sponsorship.
