What you will do

• Investigate and action fraud reports received from other financial institutions.
• Communicate effectively with banks, CIFAS, and law enforcement regarding potential fraud.
• Triage inbound communications and perform initial investigations into fraud claims.
• Create and action indemnities and defunds as required.
• Report fraud cases to CIFAS and complete necessary bank checks.
• Apply empathetic investigation techniques to support customers who are victims of fraud.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Full availability for 6 weeks of initial remote training (Monday-Friday, 9:00 - 17:30)
• Strong knowledge of common fraud typologies.
• Expertise in investigation, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on a rotational shift pattern including Saturdays.
