What you will do

• Clinically review and assess patient consultations via the asynchronous online platform, responding to clinical messages and prescribing medication or providing advice in line with hirify.global guidelines.
• Work closely with the Patient Care Team on a daily basis.
• Support the Clinical Lead in developing and launching new services to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with colleagues to update medical guidelines, maintain the highest clinical standards, and enhance the patient journey.

Requirements

• GMC-registered GP, based in the UK with excellent clinical knowledge and judgement gained through relevant experience in hospitals and/or GP practices.
• Caring and reflective practitioner able to interpret and apply clinical guidelines and evidence-based medicine consistently and safely.
• Motivated, curious, and adaptable, interested in new developments in medicine, digital healthcare, and organisational strategy.
• Technology-savvy, proficient in using digital platforms and tools to review patient cases, document consultations, communicate asynchronously, and navigate electronic systems efficiently; comfort with remote-first, computer-based working is essential.
• Fluent German and English.
• Committed to lifelong learning, engages actively in professional development, participates in the teaching programme, and shares clinical insight with colleagues across the team and wider organisation.
• Organised and collaborative, able to prioritise workload, manage multiple tasks, liaise effectively with colleagues and other teams, and contribute to cross-functional projects.
