TL;DR

Senior Talent Manager: Representing and growing a roster of creators, helping guide their commercial strategy and identifying partnerships that align with their voice, audience, and long-term ambitions with an accent on driving revenue and creating meaningful collaborations between creators and brands. Focus on expanding commercial opportunities and strengthening the company's position within the creator economy.

Location: Hybrid, Farringdon, London, UK. Must work from the office two to three days a week, with Tuesday and Thursday serving as "anchor days."

What you will do

  • Manage and grow a roster of creators, helping guide their commercial strategy and identifying partnerships that align with their voice, audience, and long-term ambitions.
  • Identify, pitch, and negotiate brand partnerships that drive revenue while creating meaningful collaborations between creators and brands.
  • Build strong relationships across brands, agencies, and partners within your vertical to unlock new opportunities for your talent.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to your creators—supporting them with career development, brand positioning, and commercial growth.
  • Expand your roster by identifying emerging creators with strong cultural relevance and commercial potential.
  • Lead negotiations and oversee the successful delivery of campaigns and partnerships from pitch through execution.

Requirements

  • Experience working in talent management or a related field such as influencer partnerships, digital advertising, PR, or creator marketing.
  • A strong understanding of the creator economy and how creators, platforms, brands, and audiences connect.
  • A commercially driven mindset, with a track record of generating new business and securing partnerships.
  • The ability to balance business instincts with creativity—spotting opportunities that make sense strategically and culturally.
  • A strong passion for the creator landscape and curiosity about how platforms and creator-led media continue to evolve.
  • Some experience leading or mentoring others, with an interest in helping develop junior team members.
