What you will do

• Evaluate and arrange lots submitted by users to ensure attractive and relevant auctions
• Create compelling weekly lot selections using expertise and professional network
• Review titles, descriptions, and images to assess quality and provide accurate estimated values
• Ensure transparent and fair transactions through consistent expert evaluation
• Communicate rejections diplomatically to maintain strong seller relationships
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to attract new sellers and increase bidder engagement

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom, or Japan
• Expert knowledge in Computer Collectables and collectible Toys
• Strong commercial acumen and documented commercial experience
• Excellent communication skills with diplomatic handling of user disputes
• Good command of English, written and spoken
• Good computer skills and confidence working with digital tools
