What you will do

• Provide analytical insights on hirify.global’s global performance, market dynamics, and competitive landscape
• Identify business growth opportunities and threats, and translate findings into actionable insights for C‑level stakeholders
• Leverage external and internal data to assess the potential of clients and prospects across new and existing business

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Business School)
• Strong intellectual curiosity and analytical mindset; ability to structure and solve complex problems; solid understanding of statistical modelling
• Business acumen and genuine interest in the ad tech industry
• Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction/manipulation; familiarity with Python for data analysis; experience with visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
• Curiosity and experience using Generative AI solutions to enhance data exploration, automate insights, or craft analytical narratives
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
• Proactivity, a collaborative approach, and commitment
