What you will do

• Pull, verify, and report on campaign performance data across all game titles and portfolios.
• Design and govern A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring methodological soundness and clean control conditions.
• Define and track cross-portfolio segment behaviors for cohorts like VIPs, new players, and conversion targets.
• Create and maintain performance dashboards for CRM and Lifecycle Lead PMs.
• Validate targeting attributes and collaborate with Data Engineering to resolve data quality issues.

Requirements

• 4+ years in marketing or CRM analytics, preferably in gaming or live services.
• Proficiency with SQL and BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms and attribution data.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical significance.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in games, apps, or retention-driven consumer products.
• Experience in gaming as a player or operations manager.
