TL;DR

Senior Business Analyst: Translating operational pain points into structured automation workflows for a Unified Observability and Automation Ecosystem with an accent on AI-driven process mapping and functional design. Focus on bridging the gap between technical teams and stakeholders to optimize system efficiency and data governance.

Location: Must be based in Bratislava, Slovakia (Hybrid)

Salary: from 2800 EUR gross

Custom product engineering company providing digital transformation solutions for multinational organizations and startups.

What you will do

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for AI-driven observability and operational automation.
Conduct deep-dive process mapping of manual workflows to identify automation opportunities.
Lead functional design of form optimization and logic to reduce MTTR.
Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders for log normalization and governance.
Perform functional validation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Business Analysis with a focus on process re-engineering and functional design.
Strong knowledge of BPMN, user story mapping, and Agile methodologies.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders across diverse departments.
Experience defining requirements for data visualization, BI dashboards, and data quality standards.
High proficiency in requirements management tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
Must be located in or able to work from Bratislava, Slovakia.

Nice to have

Experience in AI or automation-related projects.
Relevant degree in Business or Computer Science.
Additional industry-recognized certifications.
