Salary: 800 - 1100 PLN/day on B2B contract.

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data from various systems and external sources.
• Prepare and facilitate workshops to support solution design and strategic decision-making.
• Perform data collection, preprocessing, and quality validation to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings.
• Translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations and support cost case preparation.

Requirements

• Location: Must work hybrid from Gdańsk, Poland with office presence at least 2 days per week.
• Experience in business and data analysis within IT projects.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts including software systems, infrastructure, networking, and security.
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• English language proficiency with daily use in an international environment.
