What you will do
- Implement hirify.global solutions including software installation, configuration, and system testing both onsite and remotely.
- Communicate with customers and internal teams to detail project requirements and provide training.
- Manage and configure Ubuntu Linux enterprise systems remotely.
- Collaborate with healthcare vendor partners to maintain integrations.
- Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Document troubleshooting steps and manage customer cases professionally.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Germany
- Experience with case management tools (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge bases (Confluence, SharePoint).
- Familiarity with AWS, VMWare, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Linux OS administration.
- Knowledge of healthcare informatics protocols (HL7, DICOM, PACS, EHR, RIS).
- Strong scripting skills in bash or python and networking concepts (DNS, TCP/IP).
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.

- Experience with healthcare workflow engines (e.g., Nextgen Connect).

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
