What you will do

• Develop system architectures and algorithms using MBSE methods, focusing on Cameo Systems Modeler.
• Create and maintain SysML models including functional, logical, and physical system views.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and system specifications.
• Lead and support workshops with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Manage requirements lifecycle using tools like DOORS or Codebeamer ensuring traceability.
• Support interface definitions, system behavior descriptions, and contribute to modeling standards improvement.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany with fluency in German and English.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in automotive engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, systems engineering or similar.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in systems or requirements engineering.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and MBSE principles with hands-on experience in Cameo and SysML.
• Familiarity with requirements engineering tools such as DOORS and Codebeamer.
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and documentation skills.
