What you will do

• Develop and execute campaigns across the full buyer and customer journey, refining messaging by segment and customer status.
• Coordinate and build digital campaign components including marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages, and A/B testing.
• Optimize paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn and Google using data-driven insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and sales teams to align campaign activities with business priorities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive customer adoption, retention, and upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands (8 days/month onsite).
• 2+ years experience in B2B campaign or digital marketing, preferably with SaaS and AI products.
• Strong digital marketing skills including automation, paid advertising, CRO, CRM knowledge.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch.
• Experience working in multinational matrix organizations with complex decision-making cycles.
