What you will do

• Plan and execute in-app marketing campaigns to boost customer engagement.
• Collaborate with category managers, designers, and tech teams to create seamless shopping experiences.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to optimize product pricing and promotional strategies.
• Manage cross-functional projects to improve commercial efficiency and operational impact.
• Drive brand growth through targeted recipe campaigns, seasonal moments, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements

• Education: MSc in Business Administration, Economics, Analytics, Communication, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Dutch.
• Up to 4 years of professional experience in a commercial, analytical, or product-focused role.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and data dashboards.
• Ability to own projects, iterate quickly, and work collaboratively across teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with marketing automation tools like Salesforce or Selligent.
