What you will do

  • Lead and empower a cross-functional team including product management, UI/UX, developers, and QA.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver product features and improvements efficiently.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and resolve blockers promptly.
  • Manage engineers with goal setting, performance reviews, and 1-1s.
  • Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and establish best practices for their responsible use.
  • Collaborate with Product and Design to explore AI opportunities enhancing the product experience.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or mentoring engineers and building high-performing teams.
  • Strong technical background in full-stack development.
  • Curiosity-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with empathetic leadership approach.
  • Structured and detail-oriented engineering delivery.
  • Practical experience with AI tools to improve engineering workflows and promote responsible adoption.
