Location: Based in Warsaw, Poland with a hybrid office-centric schedule (Mon, Tue, Thu mandatory in-office)

Salary: 43,583–55,416 PLN gross per month

What you will do

• Manage and coach 6–8 engineers, fostering an inclusive culture and professional growth.
• Partner with product, design, and user research to translate customer pain points into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to balance large feature launches with iterative product enhancements.
• Define and execute the team’s long-term roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Engage with customers to validate technical feasibility and co-develop workflows solving real-world problems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Warsaw, Poland or able to work hybrid with office presence on specified days
• 5+ years relevant experience with 2+ years managing technical teams.
• Strong technical depth and experience building/scaling new products or incubations.
• Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI tools and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication skills to align engineering, product, design, and executive stakeholders.
