We’re looking for a proactive and driven People Operations Specialist to support the growing team across recruitment, HR operations, and employee experience.

Responsibilities
— Support strategic hiring projects by structuring talent pools, preparing candidate profiles, and improving internal recruitment workflows
— Build and maintain organised talent databases and internal reporting systems
— Take ownership of onboarding and employee lifecycle coordination
— Stay closely connected to employees and surface insights that improve engagement and retention
— Research and evaluate HR tools, vendors, and automation solutions; drive demos and comparisons
— Improve internal HR processes and introduce structure where it’s missing
— Contribute to high-impact company initiatives and cross-functional projects

Requirements
— 1–3 years in HR / Recruitment / People Ops
— Strong analytical and organisational mindset
— Fast learner who thrives in a dynamic environment
— Comfortable with ambiguity and switching between tasks
— Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
— High ownership and growth mindset
— Fluent English
