What you will do

• Take ownership of internal processes and tools structuring responsibilities across the company
• Gather and analyze decentralized data to identify process inefficiencies and challenges
• Guide colleagues through process and tool changes using change management and clear communication
• Design, build, and maintain automated, user-centric workflows leveraging tools like n8n

Requirements

• Fluency in English is essential
• Solid understanding of software concepts and ability to read code and understand system connections
• Proven experience with low-code automation tools such as n8n, Zapier, or Make
• Strong stakeholder management and proactive communication skills
• Innovative mindset with ability to challenge status quo and design scalable solutions
